WEBLEO operates AMZ Engine. This policy explains how we use information when you visit the website, create an account, buy credits, and research sellers.
Information we handle
Account information includes your name, email address, password hash, account status, and sign-in verification records. Payment records include requested credits, payment amounts in PKR, uploaded receipts, and approval history. We also store search criteria, saved seller results, support messages, and security records such as request times and IP addresses. Do not include unnecessary personal information in receipts or support messages.
How information is used
We use this information to operate your account, verify payments, maintain credit balances, run searches, save and export results, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and meet applicable accounting or legal obligations. Where a legal basis is required, the relevant basis depends on the activity, including providing the service, legitimate security and operational needs, and legal obligations. We do not use payment screenshots for advertising.
Seller information
Search results may contain seller business information and available contact details. A business contact may still be personal information. Availability and accuracy vary. Contact us if a record concerns you and you want to ask about its source, correction, restriction, or removal. Buying access does not establish permission to contact someone.
Service providers and disclosures
Hosting, database infrastructure, email delivery, and seller-data providers process information needed to deliver the service. Authorised staff can review payment receipts and support requests. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse or protect rights. We do not publish your account details or payment receipts.
Storage and retention
Information may be processed in countries other than your own. We retain account and search records while needed to provide the service, and payment, security, and support records for relevant operational, dispute, and legal needs. Backups may retain information until their normal rotation. Ask us about deletion or retention for your account; legal recordkeeping requirements may limit immediate deletion.
Cookies and local storage
The service uses essential cookies for sign-in, email verification, and session security. The public landing page does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser may store preferences needed by the application. You can restrict cookies in your browser, but sign-in features may stop working. Any future optional tracking requires an updated notice and consent where required.
Your choices and requests
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, or receive a copy of information, and to complain to your data protection authority. Email support@webleo.xyz with your request. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing records. Do not send passwords or full banking credentials.
Security and updates
We use access controls and other technical measures to protect information. No online service can promise absolute security. Report a suspected account or data issue to support@webleo.xyz. We update this policy when our practices change and publish the revised date here.
