Use AMZ Engine for legitimate business research and responsible use of seller information. Access to a record does not give unrestricted rights over a person’s information.
Responsible outreach
Before contacting anyone, determine which privacy and electronic communication laws apply to you and the recipient. Obtain consent where required, identify yourself and your business accurately, provide legally required contact information, and offer an effective opt-out. Honour objections and maintain suppression records. Rules can apply to business-to-business messages as well as consumer messages.
Prohibited conduct
Do not send unlawful unsolicited messages, impersonate others, deceive recipients, harass people, distribute malware, commit fraud, or use information to discriminate unlawfully. Do not target children or use the service to infer or exploit sensitive personal characteristics. Do not claim that AMZ Engine has obtained marketing consent on your behalf.
Protect the service and its users
Do not bypass access controls, evade credit limits or rate limits, probe other accounts, manipulate payments, upload malicious files, or interfere with service availability. Do not expose seller exports publicly or share account credentials. Keep downloaded information secure and limit access to people with a legitimate need.
Accuracy, retention, and rights
Check the relevance and accuracy of information before use. Retain exported information only as long as you have a legitimate and lawful need. Respect correction, deletion, and opt-out requests that apply to your own processing. Report inaccurate or inappropriate source records to support@webleo.xyz.
Reporting abuse
Send reports of misuse, unsolicited communications linked to the service, or security concerns to support@webleo.xyz. Include enough context to investigate without sending unnecessary personal information. We may restrict accounts while investigating credible abuse or legal requirements.
