Responsible use of seller dataWhat does one credit buy?
One credit pays for one lead actually saved from your search. If you request 10 leads and receive 5, only 5 credits are used. The rest return to your available balance.
How do I pay for credits?
Create an account, choose your credits, and transfer the calculated amount using the bank details in your workspace. Upload your payment screenshot. An administrator verifies the payment before credits become available.
Will every seller have an email address?
No. Business and contact fields depend on the information available for each seller. We do not promise every lead has an email address, a named decision-maker, or a guaranteed response.
Can I download and keep my leads?
Yes. Search results are saved in your account and can be exported as a CSV. You are responsible for how you store and use downloaded data.
Are email campaigns available?
Not yet. The email campaign section is a preview of a planned feature. Your current purchase covers seller research and saved leads.
Does buying leads give me permission to email them?
No. You must assess the lawful basis and communication rules that apply to your recipients, identify yourself accurately, and honour opt-out requests. Read our acceptable-use policy before outreach.
